I’m Erika, welcome to my blog! Here you’ll find information about the benefit of the gluten-free ancient Millet grains and related recipes. You might be surprised to hear that I think millet is a crop of the future, as many only know it as bird food. But I think we should have it in our kitchen and( incorporate ?) include it in our meals again. Back to the future with regenerative agriculture, a part of it should be the Millets.
